We specialize in all topics surrounding health and wellness including fitness and nutrition.  Seminars are for groups wanting lecture-based training, and workshops are for groups wanting hands-on training including small group discussions, breakouts, and planning time.  Typically, seminars are shorter and workshops can last anywhere between 2 hours and 3 days.  Either way, participants leave inspired and ready to tackle their health goals with actionable steps!
